UnderTrain
Controls:
- WASD to move
- E to interact (you can only interact 2 stuff in the train. lever to the right and the coal to the left)
How to play:
- pull the lever (E) to start train.
- if you ran out of steam. you need to manually insert coal, go your left and press (E) to insert coal in the train
- Fully steamed is fast, halfway is medium and almost empty is slow
- if there's a coal inside, it will keep consuming it unless it has come into a complete stop (no steam left and the lever is off)
- water will continuously be consumed unless there's no coal inside
- replenish your resource by turning off the lever so you can go outside the train and catch the resources zooming around
I had this vision where this is a game about underground steam engine train delivery game where its like darkest dungeon that you will reach points of the map and have like sort of rest place, get resource, treasure and stuffs then youll decide which place to go next before arriving at the final terminal. I even wanted to have a shop to upgrade the train. After reaching the final terminal, you will return to the main terminal to deliver another cargo and its going to keep looping.
I'm really sorry, this is not a finished game. I really really tried my best, I wanted to participate in this jam but i lack time (uni stuff and thesis), I haven't slept yet (I only did this today). I'll definitely back for the next year GMTK
